Hello, I’m Gyöngyi Nagyné dr. Kiss, founder and CSO of Neo-Antigen Biotechnology Ltd., a University of Pécs spin-off company dedicated to translating innovative biomedical research into real-world solutions.

My scientific background is rooted in biochemistry, molecular biology and biomedical research, with a particular interest in mRNA-based technologies, immunisation, protein engineering and innovative therapeutic approaches. Over the years, my work has focused on understanding biological mechanisms and, importantly, turning scientific discoveries into technologies that can ultimately have a meaningful impact on human health.

I strongly believe that good science should not remain in the laboratory. It should be developed, tested, protected, and, whenever possible, translated into solutions that address real medical and societal needs.

For me, research is not only about achieving scientific results. It is also about curiosity, persistence, collaboration and the willingness to take an idea one step further — from discovery, to proof of concept, and eventually towards real-world impact.
