Hello, I’m Balázs Czibók, COO of Neo-Antigen Biotechnology. My background is in innovation management, technology transfer and research commercialization. At Neo-Antigen, I focus on turning promising scientific discoveries into viable biotechnology projects and building connections between researchers, industry partners and investors.

I’m particularly interested in biotech innovation, immunotherapies, technology transfer and international collaboration. What motivates me is helping good science move beyond the laboratory and become something with real-world impact.
